BANDAR BARU SRI KLEBANG
Bandar Baru Sri Klebang sprawls over 650 acres of
freehold and former rubber estate land, and has
been planned as a fully integrated mixed
commercial and residential township development
amidst a landscape of green gardens and walkways.
Green areas incorporating green lungs, football
fields, children playgrounds and gardens
interconnected by tree-lined walkways and jogging
paths will be developed through out the development.
PERFECT
LOCATION
Bandar Baru Sri Klebang is located along the 9th to
11th mile on Jalan Kuala Kangsar, which is a main
arterial road connecting Ipoh to North-bound towns.
The township is easily accessible via the North-South
Highway, Kuala Kangsar Road and Tasek Road. It is
about 15 minutes' drive from the heart of Ipoh city
and about 10 minutes' drive off the exit from the
North-South Highway.
HOMES
A total of 10,000 homes of varying ranges, sizes,
types and densities have been planned, which is
expected to house about 50,000 residents upon
completion.
The developer offers choices in its bungalow,
semi- detached and terraced units and employs
a consistent strategy of building larger homes on
larger land sizes.
Its new 24'x80' Superlink Homes for instance, is
the largest 2-storey terrace house available in
Ipoh. There are also various other larger-than-usual
2-storey terrace home and 1-storey terrace home
designs as well.
COMMERCIAL
A main commercial and business hub for the
township comprising a total area of 60 acres is
located at the forefront of the development along
the main arterial road of Jalan Kuala Kangsar.
The main business feature in the master plan
comprises a new commercial centre modeled after
the Greentown Business Centre. Within this business
centre will house a hypermarket, an entertainment
centre, a garden centre, shops, a wet market and
petrol station.
Also within this commercial area lie 118 units of
shop offices which were recently launched.
RECREATIONAL
The developer has allocated an area of 11.5 acres,
inclusive of a recreational park and driving range,
for the community clubhouse. It will have facilities
such as a driving range, swimming pools, tennis
courts, a fully-equipped gymnasium and a
multi-purpose hall.
Membership to the clubhouse is given free to all
house, land and shop office purchasers.
The clubhouse and driving range will be managed
by the developer's affiliated company, Meru Valley
Golf & Country Club.

The developer of Bandar Baru Sri Klebang is AMZ
Corporation Sdn. Bhd., which is a member of the
Kinta Properties Group. The group's notable projects
include Meru Valley Resort, Meru Valley Golf and
