Kinta EcoCity Sdn Bhd (formerly known as AMZ Corporation Sdn Bhd) is the developer for
Bandar Baru Sri Klebang incorporated in 1980.

Kinta EcoCity Sdn Bhd started construction of Phase 1 in 2002 and have to date completed 30% of Phase 1
(total of 544 units) with the delivery of infrastructure
and 162 units of residential homes. It is expected to
deliver another 220 units by the end of the year and
the remaining in 2005. The company is now into
phase 2 of its development.

Kinta EcoCity Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of the Kinta Properties Group (formerly known as Kay Properties Group) consisting of subsidiary and associate companies such as Meru Valley Resort Bhd. and Kinta Properties Sdn. Bhd. Together, they have proven a good track record throughout the Kinta Valley with projects such as the Meru Valley Resort, Meru Valley Golf and Country Club, First Garden, Taman Perpaduan Jaya, and Club
Condominium.
